My Smarthub disconnects from the internet for about two minutes every night, sometimes twice. Does anyone else have this? During the day, there are occasional, brief interruptions. I'm on an ADSL copper connection. I get 13Mbps downloads over wifi, which is good enough for me.
I use a service which pings my hub every sixty seconds and sends an email when it goes 'down' and when it comes back.

Does this still happen? Sometimes there are updates done overnight, or it could be anything really. Let me know if you are still experiencing this and I can investigate if need be.

Yes, it still happens every night and sometimes during the day. I just wondered if this was normal? I can live with it. Let's see if other customers have this issue.
