Hi,
We have a BT Home Hub 3 router which I'd like to replace/update.
Is a TP-LINK AX50 router compatible with BT Business Broadband?
TIA
Hi Cnicho,
I can't see any issues why it wouldn't be compatible. As long as the router is VDSL then you will be able to connect it to a BT Business broadband fibre connection. You would just need your Username and Password which we can supply after your broadband is active.
If you are interested in ordering BT Business Broadband, send me a Private Message and I can arrange someone to give you a call and go through the latest packages.
Thanks

TP-LINK AX50 is a router only. You would still need a modem. So it can't replace the hub. You could use the hub in bridge mode, where it acts as a modem only and connect the AX 50 to it, but what would be the point. Why do you want to replace the hub? Are you thinking of getting a fibre connection? My ADSL BTB Hub gives me 13Mbps which is enough.
