Does anyone have an email address for BT Business Broadband complaints? I have tried consumer-resolutions@bt.com, and asked to forward onto the correct email but haven't had any response (not even automated) saying that the complaint is being looked into....this was now 14 days ago.
The complaint relates to all departments, and several issues from our services initially not being set up to getting billed for 2 broadband services (one of which was never set-up!), and a speed upgrade being initiated but no progress being made on this in 2/3 months.
To add to this, each department typically saying they can't do anything until the other department has handled it their end, so I've been going round in circles with the traditional routes (phone & livechat) for months and have had to repeat the complaint so many times that I now require all responses to be written. Failing this I will have to resort to emailing the a member of the board and get the ombudsman involved.
