Broadband for Village Hall

Hi

Our Hall Committee are wishing to install Broadband to the Hall. We are in a very rural setting with little or no mobile coverage. The hall does not have a landline at present and is I believe what is called a 'silver address' as we don't appear on any postcode database which makes getting a quote very difficult. Can you provide any guidance please.
