We've just upgraded to a leased line from our broadband which was very slow. The broadband was installed in January and with it came a broadband contract that included a digital line switch over.
The broadband was so slow that we ended up installing a leased line in May. However, we no longer use the broadband but are still paying for the bundle because it is linked to the digital line which is the main number for our business. We're paying for broadband we couldn't use when we had it in, let alone would ever use now that we have a leased line - just because it was bundled with the business's main phone number.
I need to get the two un-bundled and get rid of the broadband contract which we're wasting a fortune on. I have reached out to our account manager over several months and am getting no response at all. It's such a waste of money.
Can anyone advise? We're just being ignored.
Tom
Hi TFAddition
If you have an account manager, they should be dealing - I'm sorry you've not had a response.
So I can look into this, can you please send over a private message with some account details?
