Hi recently our router was swapped to a Smart Hub 3. We have one square WiFi extender from the complete WiFi service.

 

When we have set it up we notice the Guest network is not extended via the extender device. Is this normal expected behaviour?

Yes, it's normal. The BT Smart Hub 3's guest network is only broadcast by the main router and isn't extended by the Complete WiFi extender. Devices connected to the extender will only access your primary home network.
