I am slowly moving 25 BB accounts back to BT, each one is at a different location around East Anglia. Currently my details are set as the contact / site office for all of them, but once up and running I want the actual site officers to be able to report faults directly to BT rather than having to come through me.
So how can I achieve this, I cannot see anything in my on-line account to allow this, but I am new to BT so it may hopefully be hidden somewhere I have not yet found ?

For someone to be able to raise a fault, they have to be listed as an authorised contact on the account. You can do this by creating an online account for them and using a bill for the account number in question within the last 9 months to link their account to their BT services. This will then create a contact for them on the BT side.
