Hybrid connect

Hi set up a new smart hub 2, hybrid connect & disc on saturday. The hybrid connect centre light is white & 3 bars are flashing red in every room i have tried & even next to hub with ethernet connection.

HELP!!

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

3 flashing red bars would suggest that the hybrid connect is unable to connect to 4g - is there a good signal in your area? Is there a coloured ring around the central light?
