I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the loss of my internet service. Since Friday 19th September, my internet has not been working. This has meant I have been unable to receive calls or accept customer orders, which has severely disrupted my business operations.
As a business relying on BT’s service, this outage has caused significant financial loss and reputational damage. I urgently request that my service is restored without further delay.
Furthermore, I expect compensation for the period of lost service and the impact it has had on my business. Please confirm the steps you will take to resolve this matter and arrange the appropriate compensation.
