Any attempt to login with 192

168.1.254 gives 'bad gateway' error on mobile using either MSEdge or Chrome

Are you trying to access your router settings? What router do you have?

Okay, and you're getting bad gateway when you go to 192.168.1.254? Have you made any changes to the router settings prior to this?

How strange, what device are you attempting to access the GUI from? Are you using a VPN?

Samsung S24 mobile.  I was using a VPN but when disconnected I am unable to connect to the Internet at all.

Are you able to connect direct to the router on another device?

Not really, entering 192.168.1.254 on my PC shows this screen, but no Router admin panel:-

Strange, and it keeps doing that? I think we should get the Tech team to look into this, have you called them about this already? Their number is 0800 800 154.
