Hi everyone.
I have just had BT full fibre 900 with DV installed and we are quite happy with speeds averaging 850Mbps / 105Mbps. BT did mess it up with the porting of our 25+ year old landline number, but they have placed an order, and it seems we will get it back in the next 10 days.
Now a problem has arisen that might push me into a business account.
Is the transition smooth? Will I keep the same number? From what I have read on here it seems that DV (Digital Voice) is only for residential, and the Business side of it is actual VoIP?
Any help or an account of anyone’s experience with this process is really appreciated.
