New modem / router unable to connect.

Hi all. I have finally received the new modem although it’s from a company called Onecom. 

All the lights are geen but it is not giving any of the devices an IP Address. 

I have enabled IPv6 and ipv4 but the same remains. 

it’s seems the external ip to the Bt side of things isn’t configured or working correctly. 

Also when I go into username and password it is

showing Vodafone which is a little unusual.

Is this something you ordered through us? Or got from another company?

This was sent out from BT apparently but there is not a bit of bt branding on it.
