Just tried this Text Fault facility and received the following reply:
'Thanks for contacting BT. I'm sorry we're not able to check this service via SMS.
Please contact bt.com/business etc etc.

I'm sorry you were unable to raise a fault via text, did you manage to get one raised through another method?
I did manage to raise fault via another method but that doesn't explain why your new text service doesn't work and doesn't accept SMS messages as stated.
