We have a BT Business Smart Hub 2 - I'm finding the firewall setup on the device isn't at all good for a business in honesty and not secure enough but that's another issue..
We have port forwarding set up - but every few weeks or so the rules keep getting deleted completely for some reason which means we end up having things go down - I can't find the reason why this is happening - a powercut is the only thing I could think of but don't believe we've had one - we've had to reset the router before but it states it keeps the information so not sure if that would be it either
