We have fftp 300 the line is testing fine but we keep losing internet connection. The 3 green lights are on at the wall unit but the hub is flashing orange. When I go into the hub manager it says it is has a connection. We are also experiencing buffering in our lan connected streaming service. Could this be a faulty hub? If so how do I get a repacement

I would recommend doing some wiring checks for your equipment to see if that resolves your issue. If it persists, I would recommend raising a fault.
