Hi there, I am not sure how to setup a static ip for my router, I just keep getting this error. I have tried numbers and everything. How do I set this up, I work out of the office most of the time. but i cannot when the ip changes. ughh

Do you have a static IP address as part of your package? If so, no manual configuration is required when using a BT Business Hub - if you pay for a range of 5 static IP addresses, you will need to configure those manually. If you let me know if you have a 5 IP range then I can walk you through the configuration instructions.
