Upgrade with bt to fibre broadband

Am upgrading fm analogue to digital with bt

staying with bt but the old broadband will need to be cancelled

As i am remaining with bt am i going to lose my bt connect email address as this is vital for my business and as i have said i am staying with bt just simply switching to digital

looking at pists other people have lost their bt connect email addresses during the switch

any answers would be appreciated

If it's just a conversion it should be fine, however if your original broadband package was to be cancelled fully, you would lose the BTconnect. Our Sales team can discuss that with you in more detail when you talk to them.

i was suppossed to switch. the engineer never turned up. then bt left me with no broadband for 8 months
