I've been trying to get broadband in my premises for last 4 weeks.

I've had 2 appointments booked by BT.

No one turns up.

I've spoken to numerous people overseas that are very hard to understand and they don't understand me very well.

I've had numerous empty promises and still waiting for a call back from 5 managers.

I have texts from 5 different members of staff basically repeating the same information and never respond to texts or call back.

I'm no closer to getting broadband and have wasted many hours on the phone and wasted days for no show appointments.

I need broadband service in my business premises so I can move in. 

This is the most shocking and unbelievably unprofessional company to deal with.

I just want to speak to someone in the UK who isn't going to keep saying sorry and giving me NOTHING!

I JUST WANT BROADBAND!!!!

FOLKS NEED TO AVOID IF THEY VALUE THEIR BUSINESS IS WHAT I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE.

I CAN'T GET NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM A COMMUNICATION COMPANY!

Why are you speaking to "numerous people overseas"?

Where do you live? ( a postcode would help)
