We've just moved over to BT provided VOIP phones, and part of that change involved installing a new copper line. I've just performed some speed tests and whilst the download speed is perfect (around 74Mb down), the upload speed is abysmal (around 4Mb up). Our SH2 is in bridge mode, so I have just connected directly to the device to see what it thinks that its sync speed is; this was 79/8. Why are we only getting pitiful upload speeds? I would have thought that a line issue would impact the download speeds too?
This is causing us big problems, as Sage performs regular backups to the cloud, which kills everything else!
