I have a very old web hosting account and it uses a static HTML website. I have FTP access.
Through the BT web interface I've added an application - Wordpress.
If I click on "edit site" it takes me to a URL that seems to be a preview URL / isn't on the "live" site, eg the URL looks like:
http://businessname.co.uk.c31.sitepreviewer.com/wp-admin/
How can I configure it so that the site will exist at the correct URL, when it's ready to be published?
I'd like the new Wordpress site to replace the current, existing site.
I installed it in the root directory when setting it up, in case this makes any difference.
I'm wondering if I need to go to the MySQL database and change some settings there?
