Immediately after installation of FTTP , I was locked out of btconnect.com email. Changing the BT Business login password didn't help. The vendor of the fibre package (BT local business) did manage to request an email password reset from BT internally. So - separate passwords for BT business and btconnect.com email. However, I now can't log in to BT business. Can anyone suggest how this apparent non-connection between the BT business and email accounts might be resolved? Thanks.

Just to clarify - for the same btconnect, you have a different password for logging into our website and logging into Outlook Web Application?
That's correct. The BT business login has ceased to work on a desktop browser. Neither the (still working) email password or the (previously working) BT business account login passwords work. I remain logged in to the BT business account only on the mobile phone, though (presumably by virtue of not having logged out?)
