I used to work for BT, retired now, but have kept my btconnect.com email address. Today I was asked to sign in and got the message above and am now seeming locked out despite trying to reset the password.
I don't think this is anything to do with the BT Enterprise email sent asking me to click the link to verify my email address, which I've ignored as I considered it a scam.
Anyone else encountering this 'Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again'

If you try and log into the business.bt.com website with your BTconnect details, can you log in?

I can log in using BTconnect.com details
If I try to access my email account I get a message saying my account is locked and to contact my administrator.
'Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.'
