I am really struggling with the BT to Network Solutions move that I had no idea about, because info did not go to the BT account holders email address. We missed the very minimal communications and have now been without email or website for the business for 2 weeks. I have contacted Network solutions who told me to renew the domain so I paid for that. Then tried calling BT but end up just getting told to contact the other and no one seems to be able to access my emails / domain so I can use it. It is absolutely ridiculous we have had the website since 2003 and been with BT for over a decade. Why can't this process be smoother? I need access to my emails and domain.
