Yesterday I received an SMS from BT saying 'We've protected My Account with my user name, To lift the restriction and keep the mailbox go to bt.com/business/reset! This did not work probably because I switched to residential a couple of years ago as I've retired. However my btconnect email worked fine until yesterday morning. The only feedback I've got from BT support is that my btconnect email is now closed because I don't have any services from BT Business. Have they really just chopped me off at the knees?
