Any ex-IBMers out there having problems with resetting their btconnect email password? The BT help system is very strict on validation and you need a personal answer to a security question that you can probably answer plus you need the address of the IBM organization that supported the BT account. After much searching and with the help of an IBM help desk I managed to get the information needed and have now got my btconnect email up and running. So if any ex-IBMers are out there with a similar problem let me know so I can pass over the info you need
