Hi,
I have forgotten my email password and am unable to login to my email account via a browser.
When I try to reset the password the pin gets sent to an email address that no longer exists.
Clicking the need help button on the page that informs me of this doents work.

Can anyone let me know how I can now reset my password.

Sorry to be a pain but I can't find any contact details on the page you provided.
I can access a virtual assistant which doen't have email as an option to choose.
Do they have a forum, a human live chat or phone number I can try instead?

On that page, if you go to Broadband and internet, and then Broadband, it should give you a live chat option which is open 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and a WhatsApp option also. If you then go to 'Need more help?' it should then show you the main number which is 0800 800 154 and is available 24/7 but we do encourage live chat or WhatsApp first.
