I can no longer send or receive emails to my btconnect email address via the outlook webmail option. I can login fine to outlook with my btconnect email, but it does not receive mails anymore. I have tried multiple tests and cc working email addresses to confirm, but the btconnect does not receive. When I try to send it an email from a working address I get a failed message 5.1.1, SMTP diagnostic 550 5.4.1 Recipient Address rejected. It has not worked since the migration from pop3, which was fine because I could use other addresses, but this btconnect address is linked to my Microsoft account, which I cannot verify or change without access to that email. Help!

It sounds like there may be some issue with the mailbox, please contact our technical support team who can investigate further.
Hi - I contacted the technical support team but they would not progress the issue as I could not provide an account number. This is a legacy btconnect address that isn’t connected to an account anymore. BT had said they would continue to support btconnect email addresses, but that doesn’t seem possible if they need an account number.
