I'm new just joined so apologies in advance if I'm repeating a question .
We are using Business Lite for email . Is it still a supported service?
1) I've added a new email address on the BT dashboard but an Office 365 address is not being created.
2) I've added an alias to an existing address and changed the From address but the changes are being saved.
Any help would be most appreciated.
