I've been having issues with my BT email account today, it started with me being logged out on all devices on with an email account connected to BT. In the past this has usually been resolved by changing my password. On apple the error displays the account or password is not recognised. I am 99% certain I have the correct password. Now the other more concerning issue is when trying to change my password in attempt to gain access to my BT account I cannot get past the cachtpa, It just puts me in a loop submitting my email then asking me to do it again. I also don't have any sort of adblocker enabled, I am also sure I also had 2SA enabled meaning if someone had logged in I would of been notified.
Does anyone know any fix for this/ had this issue in the past? Are the servers currently playing up?
It's looking like I may have to go down the customer service route however having had family members with problems with BT in the past they can be very hit or miss with the quality of customer service.
