Domain authentication

We have used 'Mailchimp' for a number of years in order to send our weekly email newsletters to our members. However, in order to ensure that all our members receive the emails, we now have been requested by Mailchimp to authenticate our email domain. We use '@btconnect.com' - can anyone advise how I can access our DNS provider's website, so that I can complete this authentication. Thanks in advance.

As btconnect email addresses are only usable via the Outlook Web Portal, we can not provide server authentication details. If you require this for newsletters, I advise to look into a domain email address.
