Over the weekend of 4th April 2023, Microsoft did something which has resulted in my desktop version of outlook not working and I can nom longer see all my many folders of emails from my BTconnect email and other emails which I have built up over the years. Essentially my profile seems to have disappeared. I believe all this data will be somewhere in my laptop - I've just got to figure out how to restore it.
BT technical support have been absolutely no help at all.

Something similar happened to us - we thought it was the change to BT Cloudworks last week, but maybe there's something else going on...
Has anyone got an answer as the same has happened to me. All personal emails to @btconnect.com have gone
