Email from customer's domain not being delivered to BT email addresses

We have an issue where a client has a mailing list to 10,000 members, some of which are btinternet.com email addresses. When they send a newsletter, it never arrives at the BT email addresses.

We are not on any spam lists and only send to members that have opted in.

We use AuthSMTP to send the email.

Can anyone advise how to get off BTs internal spam lists?
