Gaining Admin access for MS365

Hi all,

I'm hitting a brickwall with trying to find out who I speak to at BT regarding accessing our Microsoft 365 admin centre page (https://admin.microsoft.com/), as it says our account  doesn’t have permission to view or manage it.
As we historically have always had M365 through BT, I've inherited this problem and need to figure out how to access this page, or alteratively transfer out of the BT Group Home Organisation - either by being granted access by BT, or moving our subscription away from them.

Could anybody please assist me with issue?

Your technical team should be able to help, have you tried speaking to them? You can find the team under Email and hosting > Email

Thanks for you replies Beth. Unforutnately, they were not helpful when I tried.
I have since managed to figure this out with the help of Microsoft though, so its a none issue now.
