I am currently have a BT business broadband with a bt landline and copper wire connection. I was advised that I could now switch to new BT business contract with fibre broadband and no landline. If I do make the switch, will I still be able to keep my btconnect.com email address?

When upgrading to a new service if the upgrade requires you to shut down your old broadband rather than convert it then yes the bt connect email address will be lost. When placing the order the sales team will be able to advise what is going to happen.
