Password reset

Hi, can someone please help. I have lost my password to my email address and I am having difficulty resetting it. When I try to reset it, I get message that it has sent a reset pin to admin at the organisation I use to work for a long time ago, which I don't have access to now.

  • Update or remove the old administrator, or
  • Manually reset the password / issue a temporary password.
