storage limits

I have 1gb storage limit on my btconnect.com business email.

Is there any way that this can be increased? I would ideally like 5-10 gb storage.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm sorry but the storage limit of 1GB on BT connect emails can't be increased.

Alternative options such as Microsoft O365 have larger storage capabilities with the Basic package offering 1TB of OneDrive storage and an Email limit size of 50GB.
