I am a new customer approaching three months now and dealing with the consequences of being mis-sold two new mobile phone contract with BT in February this year by my BT Local Business team, BT Local Business Greater London and all I have is one sales contact and they just never respond. It has got to the point where out of the seven phone contracts, two of the contracts which are wrong - paying extra for addons to travel abroad, which should be included within the contract.
BT have dramatically fallen, there's a lot to complain about. There is no Complaints team you can talk to. I'm posting on here in sheer desperation as am yet again 40 minutes into phone conversations with a range of teams at BT, none of whom can either: deal with the complaint, respond, escalate a complaint about the failure of service. Any help dealing with this would be hugely appreciated, who can I contact.
Please could you escalate the request that a Complaints team is made to deal with failures of service, it is a nightmare to have to deal with the same department who are causing the complaint as the only solution to an issue. Case in point, after waiting 30 minutes on hold to BT Local Business London while they looked into other options to deal with my complaint, they just hung up. Another example which is beyond belief, i get through to another department and they try to sell me a new product or take over the contracts, this is not right. It's not working for your staff, and as a customer, I would very much like to no longer be a customer that the service is so bad, the main thing blocking that right now is the lack of customer service.
It's a totally exhausting, frustrating and ridiculously time consuming process and despite the huge amount of time and effort on my part, has gone no where whatsoever in the last 3 months.
Looking forward to a response but i highly doubt it
