How to Transfer Gmail Email to BT Internet?

Since I have been using Gmail for the past 5 years, there are tons of emails which are very important for me.  Now I want to switch from gmail to BT Internet.  I had connected support multiple times BT haven't recived any solution to copy my email from Gmail to BT Internet. chatgpt referred me Advik Gmail Backup tool to transfer my emails and folders from gmail to BT Internet. Can I use this tool for copying my emails or you guys have some alternate method?

It’s the most reliable way to make sure nothing gets lost in transit. If you're tech-savvy enough to use a third-party tool, you're tech-savvy enough to do the drag-and-drop method.
