2023 Z71 w technology package. Had it since April. Second time this has happened
With no prior symptoms, when I start the vehicle, the phone will not connect via Bluetooth or Apple CarPlay. I’ve tried turning the truck off and restarting, but no luck. Phone shows as registered, but it doesn’t auto-connect.
Next up I press the options button, and try to force the connection but it still can’t find the phone
And to make matters worse, then I tried deleting my phone to see if it would reads, but it doesn’t recognize the “+” input at all.
The last time it happened, it cleared up the next day on its own. However this happened yesterday and hasn’t spontaneously corrected this time. Worse, tomorrow I’m going on a 9 hour road trip.
Any clues? Anyone know how to force a reboot of the infotainment system?
