Hi,I am going to switch to BT business and I have to use digital phone line. However ,the digital phone line isn't compatible with my Takeaway Epos system which rely on caller ID.I will need a cisco ata adapter to make it work as analog phone again,I tried to call BT many times but they seemed don't know that that is.Does anyone know which number should I call?If I get one myself ,is it easy to set up?

Hi Jeff,
The BT team would not be able to support with external equipment. UK lines are all moving to digital on the Open Reach network. Any internal setup to get your Epos connected to the new digital line would need to be a query with the EPOS provider to discuss the solution they have.
Thank you
Adam

That's odd the Cisco ata is sold by BT same as the Cisco desktop phone.BT should be able to connect you to their own product?

Hi kat
The post you're replying to is over a year ago, since Adam's reply we do now offer ATAs.
