Hi all, I'm trying to find out how to use and how to assign one of our business phone numbers to Cloud Voice Express. I spoke to 3 different departments at BT today and nobody could help. I just need to know how to proceed once the app has been downloaded to a mobile and what the cost would be. I'd appreciate your help :-).

Hi Beth, my colleague downloaded the Cloud Voice Express app on her phone. We have some unused landline phone numbers and would like to assign one of those to cloud voice express. Nobody at BT could tell me, how to proceed, i.e. what do we need to do and how much the cost would be. Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi Beth, they were the first department I spoke to this morning and they couldn't help. They forwarded me to another department and then I was once again forwarded to a different department. How do I do a private message?
