Hi, we have had to migrate from plusnet business to Bt broadband with phone supposed to be cloud voice express, was installed on 30-04-24, since then we have had no phones at a very busy time of year. I have made countless phone calls most days to resolve the issue but still no phones, I keep getting orders created and cancelled, I just don’t understand what is going on. Also I have tried complaining to BT but there does not seem to be anyway to do it other than the pretty useless call centre, who promise to help but never do.

Frankly the service from BT is dreadful . Worst decision I have ever made to switch. They make it additionally complicated by insisting we have a business account and a separate voice express account.
