We are still waiting to be switched from Plus-net to BT Business which was scheduled for 1st August 2025. Over the last month I have spent hours on the phone and had 4 aborted attempts at instillation by Openreach. I was told by BT my complaint would be held open and to text if I still had difficulties but there has been no reply and customer resolutions has not acted on my emails. We have been left in limbo and the problem appears to be systemic.
We simply wish to retain our current number and have a landline with broadband connection so that we can use corded phones on our house ethernet using the connection sockets in three different rooms. We were happy to wait until BT fitted fibre optics in our village rather than go to a rival firm.
