I currently have an FTTP connection with linked Cloud Voice Express and it is up for renewal in January. I'm not planning to move the broadband.
VoIP uses a Yealink base and handset - however usage is minimal although some key contacts use it maybe once a month and getting them to change will be difficult and I need to also retain the number
The renewal I am being offered excludes the Yealink and relies on a Smartphone App which I am not too enthusiastic about. So, two questions.
1. Can I continue will the existing Yealink?
2. Can I obtain the login details to allow me to migrate it to the Gigaset system my other numbers are linked to - obviously leaving the number with BT?
And anything else I need to be aware of?

You can't use our Cloud Voice Express with 3rd party handsets. Did you get the Yealink from us?

Unless the renewal asks for the equipment back, you should be fine to continue on using it.
