Disconnected by BT

I have been disconnected on Mon 24th Jan, for no reason. I have been sent round in circles from department to department, having made 36 calls from Monday - Friday, with no Help at all. I have been told that  my number cannot be reallocated. I do not know what has happened? I am only a small business who heavily relies on telephone contact for customers and my business is now at threat. BT just don’t care.

Hello!

I’m really sorry to hear about the disruption. Document all your calls with dates, times, and representative names. Reach out to BT’s customer service again and ask for a supervisor. Consider contacting a consumer organization for advice, and if needed, file a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) for small businesses. Meanwhile, explore alternative communication methods to keep your business running. Stay calm and organized to present a strong case.

Hello

I have started doing this, but would you realy first think about having to document calls to one of the biggest phone providers?

To register with any Ombudsman your complaint has to be over 8 weeks old.

There is no customer service to reach out to?

I would love a telephone number or e-mail for customer service?

When you ask to be put onto a supervisor, they say there is none available and they would just give the same advice as they are giving me.  All this from an Indian call centre, reading from a script.

I would love to speak or e-mail with someone in the U.K that could take this to the next level.

I have spent endless hours on the phone,

only to be sent down another rabbit hole.

If BT could look into my account, they would see how many pins they have sent to my mobile number, each time I have never had my issue resolved.

I want this escalated to someone who can sort it out.

Thank you for trying to help.
