Incompetent BT has messed up my business number. I do not have a landline for 3 weeks. They can't transfer from digital to analogue line that they suggested to do. Complain with head office going no where and my business is affected. What are my next steps? I will take them to court for loss of business but how to get the number back ? Thinking of contracting a newspaper to shame them.

If you have a complaint open with the head office already, they will be the best people to deal with the issue. As per our complaints code of practice here, you can escalate complaints if you're unhappy with how ...
