No phone connection....again

Seems like Deja vu has struck its familiar cord again..

 Just over a year ago,i walk into my office on a monday morning to the annoyance of no phone or broadband,

no problem i thought, the very helpful Bt website will give me all the info i need and the  required help to get my service back up  and running asap... O how wrong i was, long story short 13 working days later my service was finaly back up and running..

 Tuesday morning, bright & early, with a spring in my step after a lovely easter weekend, arrive at work to find no phone connection.

2.5 hrs later after many phone calls to all types of different departments in many different parts of the world, i was told the service would be up & running, the following day.. fast foward to 5pm friday & another 1.5 hrs on the phone, only to be told itll be up and running by 6pm

So 4 days without a phone in a small business as you can imagine is somewhat distruptive to my business, but a usuall the very unhelpful call center teams are as much use as a chocolate fire gaurd.

What an abosolute shower of the brown & runny stuff Bt have become...
