Switched to CVE with broadband service November 4th.
I’ve been going back and forth with this problem for over 3 weeks now. My broadband had been activated but the number wasn’t ported over to the CVE service. The order keeps on getting cancelled and no explanation is provided to me in regards to why, just loads of empty promises and fake reassurances. They’ve just put through another order again but I don’t see the porting happening.
my business has been without a line for 3 weeks. No diversions are possible either, any one know how I can sort this out?
