Hi,
Hopefully I don't get kicked out! I'm not a BT subscriber but I am trying to use a BT TrueCall phone with my Vodafone digital line. If I make a call to a mobile that doesn't have voicemail turned on, if they reject the call my phone will repeatedly redial their number. On the phone handset there is an option to cancel ringback but if I select that, it again calls the last number.
#37# doesn't work on a digital line. is there any way to turn off call features on VOIP?
Hi prs1000
I would recommend checking with Vodafone if there is a way to turn off the ring back feature as this sounds like a feature on the VOIP line rather than the handset. Sorry I can't be of more help.
To disable call forward in the custom mode for a specific account:
When the phone is idle/not on a call: Tap the Menu button on the screen. Select Features.
Tap the desired account.
Tap the desired forwarding type.
Tap the Off radio box.
Tap Save to accept the change.
This May Help,
Peter
