Am looking for some help and can't find a matching query or get much joy from live chat - surprisingly!
I'm starting to rack up call diversion costs which is a vital part of my partner's home business. I have read that call packages aren't included when diverting, so I am paying the standard rate of call connection and charges.
What I would like to clarify is, when calling a BT mobile the first 1000 minutes per month are free of charge. This isn't technically a call package(?) so would I be charged the call diversion costs if my partner changed her mobile provider to BT?
If not I think I'll be porting my number to a VOIP provider but am hoping this will be a quicker and more straight forward solution.
